We have looked all over the U.S. to find the right horse to add to The Hip Horse team, we have also put a lot of time in during this search to find this good looking colt. We are sure glad we waited until we found this yearling, this horse is built to run like his father, Bustin Stones, a New York bred who was 6 for 6 in his career, including the Carter Grade 1 earning just under $500k in his career before retiring with a foot injury. This sire produces 26% winners their first time out, which is a great number.

We are very excited and happy to announce that we will be bringing this Bustin Stones colt out West to Southern California. He hopes to be in training, and make his debut in 2018, in Sunny California. This is exciting news, because there aren’t any Bustin Stones’ currently on the West Coast. We think that this horse will do great, and we’re sure he will really enjoy the weather that California has to offer.
